Egg Fried Rice
Serves 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20
minutes
Ingredients
200g Rice
2 Eggs - beaten
Method
1. Cook Rice
2. Heat a little oil in a large
frying pan or wok
3. Add the eggs to the pan and fry
4. When the eggs are almost cooked
chop into pieces.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to
mix with the egg.
6. Stir fry for 5 minutes
7. Serve either alone or as a base
for another dish.

Tips
For something a bit different,
particularly if serving alone, you could always add any or a mixture
of the following: Peas, Sweet corn Kernels, Water Chestnuts or
Mushrooms |
