Ingredients

Chicken breast (1
per person) - sliced

Fusilli Pasta
100g Mushrooms - sliced
300g Tub Soft Cheese
250ml Pesto
Method
1. Cook Pasta for 10 minutes in boiling water
2. Meanwhile stir fry chicken and mushrooms in a little
oil for 5 – 10 minutes
3. Reduce the heat
4.
Strain pasta and add to chicken and mushrooms. Stir
5. Add soft cheese and stir until pasta coated
6. Add Pesto and stir until pasta coated
7. Serve
